Miami, Florida – HDS Companies is pleased to announce the appointment of Judith Graver, Esq. as Vice President of Operations and Risk Management to its Management Team. This appointment and expansion of the HDS Management Team will further support the company’s strategic plan and related initiatives, allowing HDS to be poised further for the evolving markets and operational requirements.
Judi was most recently the Deputy Director and former Chief Legal Counsel for the Florida Department of Health in Broward County, serving as the second in command of a nationally acclaimed metropolitan County Health Department known for organizational excellence, innovation, and best practices. She was instrumental in achieving operational, administrative, and human resource initiatives to ensure effective collaboration across the organization while directly supervising/managing seven regulatory compliance areas with over 300 employees.
She is a leader whose integrity, grit, empathy, and work ethic have been essential to a successful career in Operations, Administration, and Law. Her primary focus has been increasing transparency and improving employee communications, developing robust performance management strategies and metrics, and providing guidance on strategic planning, organizational development, and budget management. Her ability to think creatively and implement effective internal operations strategies will assist in further strengthening HDS and help position the company to exceed its goals as we enter our 25th year in business.
