If you have moved or changed companies;

1. We need to disable your previous access and
2. Create new credentials.

Please note that you must be an Approved Lender, and have attended both Program and System Trainings.  If you are not sure please visit Participating Lenders. Go to Homeownership Programs, select your Program, then the Participating Lenders Tab.  If you are not sure if you attended program training, please contact [email protected]

Program training is required for each program you participate in. System training is required once.  The setup process may take up to 48hrs.
