Reissued Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) Compliance File Upload ONLY!

Please only use this upload for the Reissued MCC Compliance File. All other compliance files must be uploaded to the eHP Digital Docs portal.  If you reached this web page in error and need to upload to eHP Digital Docs, please visit Available Programs.

The eHP MCC Reissued Compliance File must use the current checklist, the fee is submitted via ACH and due when the file is submitted for compliance review. INCLUDE the eHousingPlus Loan Number and Borrower’s Last Name in the CTX Addenda. You can include your loan number as well BUT we need the eHousingPlus loan number. (If not included this will delay the approval of loan). 

* The Remaining Principal Balance of Original Loan is listed on the payoff statement as Unpaid Principal.
